Cover Supervisor/HLTA

Location: Rushden

Pay: £90 – £130 (Regular pay reviews)

Together Teaching are looking for a Cover Supervisor/HLTA to work in a Primary School in the Rushden area covering PPA time. In this role you will be mainly teaching RE across the Primary School. You will be based at the school from January 2025 until at least July 2025. You will be responsible for planning some of your lessons you will be teaching during PPA time for the teacher you are covering. You will be expected to cover across a range of subjects, but you are not expected to be a specialist in these! This role is full-time (8:30am-4pm) and it is the chance to help children flourish even when the teacher is absent. The pay rate for this role is between £90 – £130 but with regular performance reviews to reward you for the good work you do.

What you will need to succeed:

You will be willing to get stuck in and have a desire to really make a difference to children’s lives. You don’t need experience (although it is preferable) just a great personality and a passion for working with children. You will require a degree in some field to be eligible for this role.
